Maybe you just simply want to work on your “old wounds” and free yourself from repeating patterns of whatever have not worked in your life.

“Close your eyes and breath. Breath in through the nose, breath out through the mouth. Right at this moment, there is nothing else you need to think and do. Just yourself, breathing. I am here with you to keep you safe. Tell me, what do you see in front of you? What emotions have been activated? Let’s name it and observe. Allow it to happen naturally. Observe it starting and ending at its own pace.”
This is part of a typical therapy session with me when words become absent. We will breathe together, you will gain a sense of calm and safety. Then, your old wound will gently reveal itself for you to process.
